We keep a record of your name and date of birth, contact details, and payments, to process your registration with us and to positively identify you against other people with the same name.

We also keep a record of any training, assessments, and reassessments you have done with us or with our providers.

We will keep these records for as long as they may be relevant in legal proceedings or for other legal reasons.

We would like your personal information to be accurate and up-to-date. You can ask us to correct or remove information that you think is inaccurate, and please let us know if your details change.

Security

We follow good practice in the storage of information in accordance with the relevant data protection laws, such as firewalls and encryption. Backups are also encrypted.

Cookies

We have not set any cookies.

Disclosure

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except where we are under a duty to do so in order to comply with any legal obligation.

We will share your CLA status if requested, in the form of confirmation whether you have a CLA pass, have completed training, or have registered with us. This is to allow potential employers to verify your CLA status.

Marketing

We will not email you for the purposes of marketing.

We may send you regulatory notifications from time to time, should there be any significant change of which you should be made aware.
